Thank you for visiting and shopping at AURA.COM.MM. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within Monday to Friday business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 04:00 PM (GMT+6:30) will begin processing the next business day.
  • High Volume Periods: During peak periods (e.g., major holidays, sale events), processing may take up to 5 business days. Delays may occur, and we will notify you via email if your order is significantly delayed.

2. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship to addresses only within Myanmar. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our branches. After placing your order and selecting ” Local Pickup “ at checkout, your order will be prepared and available for pick-up within 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our local pickup hours are Mon to Fri from 09:00AM to 05:00PM.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number (order ID). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages

BioCare Myanmar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We can assist you with the claim process. Please contact us immediately at info@aura.com.mm with photos of the damage.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier limitations, direct home delivery is restricted in certain geographical areas. If your shipping address is impacted, we will instead send your order via freight to the nearest official Bus Station or Carrier Terminal for pickup.

You will be notified via email with the terminal’s full address, operating hours, and contact number. You will be responsible for collecting the package from this designated location and must present a valid photo ID matching the order name.
